COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton/grainger 4Z524A 4Z526A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ceg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 37H336008061 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 48EML2 manufactured by Ceg and we are pleased to be able to service most Ceg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 36R241868 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 3N828D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Brown--Sharpe such as 364629AP equipment made by Brown--Sharpe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brown--Sharpe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brown--Sharpe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 42BYGHW811 made by Wantai as well as the popular 2VC19089 original spares produced by Screen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4AP132S4 by Birkenbeul and 364629AP spares by Brown--Sharpe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4GZA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
