COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton P146-030-0900 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dings-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Di-soric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delta product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dings-Dynamics such as the 71015389 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OHT31K200P1KTSSL manufactured by Di-soric and we are pleased to be able to service most Di-soric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASDA20121M by Manufacturer Delta as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Delem Brand LCD100020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dmg-Mori such as 77190A02 equipment made by Dmg-Mori have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dmg-Mori products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dmg-Mori" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VED140U29055G made by Dayton as well as the popular VFD300V43A original spares produced by Delta Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PLUM2 by Denex and 77190A02 spares by Dmg-Mori are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 77358A12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dmg-Mori. |
