COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cyclo Index 180-1/3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the 272369 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 455606 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3C180E by Manufacturer Dayco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand PX70FBX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danaher-Thompson-Micron such as DTR90500 equipment made by Danaher-Thompson-Micron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danaher-Thompson-Micron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danaher-Thompson-Micron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2YDW9 made by Dayco as well as the popular 210DM28A original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2Z152C by Dayco and DTR90500 spares by Danaher-Thompson-Micron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 17089 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
