COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Custom Servo Motors DSP-15-186 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Danaher product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the CN35BN6AB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP350A4R manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCS200ECA by Manufacturer Danaher as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danfoss Brand VLT2040 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danfoss such as VLT8022AT2C54STR0DLF00A32C0 equipment made by Danfoss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danfoss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danfoss" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SPX007B14A1B1 made by Eaton as well as the popular PMC21105000000000000K original spares produced by Elau Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M45R14M by Emerson and VLT8022AT2C54STR0DLF00A32C0 spares by Danfoss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HVX002A24A1B1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
