COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Crt Solutions MONO-INST-CRT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Atlas-Copco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A20B82010083 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 608830206 manufactured by Bosch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8433271110 by Manufacturer Atlas-Copco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sciemetric Brand 1490 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aec such as 530838 equipment made by Aec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PWS5610SS made by Hitech as well as the popular 22465355 original spares produced by Ingersoll Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PFXGP4301TAD by Proface and 530838 spares by Aec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6AV66450AB010AX0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
