COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Conveyor Components DBX-100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Delphi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Delphi such as the ES10015 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1251B6501 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 13103A6513 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand 1164B202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Data-Instruments such as 96477083LC48 equipment made by Data-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Data-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Data-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M060103 made by Danaher as well as the popular E58CBL18A2D2 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS1101M30 by Dalsa and 96477083LC48 spares by Data-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DE1888B2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Det-tronics. |
