COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Technology 901E 2560 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Durant product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the DC230BEE0A1100000000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KVB16XC manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 57750421 by Manufacturer Durant as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hoffman Brand A24N24ALP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Intermatic such as T7402B equipment made by Intermatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intermatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intermatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DX3 made by Han-Young as well as the popular D15AB03 original spares produced by Gould Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5H11R by Durant and T7402B spares by Intermatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C250HLOD213MK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
