COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques SP2404 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ametek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the TRDN50RZV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TWM11100300W1 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WDGINSITUCONTROL by Manufacturer Ametek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vicor Brand VIB6ZCU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Minico-Products such as TT110PE1A equipment made by Minico-Products have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Minico-Products products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Minico-Products" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WF2C40200D made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular TMC420 original spares produced by Telesis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VMEV5A90030029Rev04 by Ge and TT110PE1A spares by Minico-Products are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TVM2150220300W1220380 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
