COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques M210-14ICD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-Craft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the VLT6016HT4C20STR3DLF00A00C0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC134018NBA20N manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 91011523 by Manufacturer Electro-Craft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Deto Brand FDP1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danfoss such as PT5C20SBR3DLF00A00C0 equipment made by Danfoss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danfoss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danfoss" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 37434 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular R73050 original spares produced by Dings-Dynamic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPA100460206 by Custom-Servo-Motors and PT5C20SBR3DLF00A00C0 spares by Danfoss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GVX9000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
