COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques EPSILON 205 EI-205 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electric-Flexpack product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 6FDU8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP1406 manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 150FN4042 by Manufacturer Electric-Flexpack as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ct Brand CTsmallDCLYNX16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danfoss such as VLT5004PT5C20STR3DLF00A00C0 equipment made by Danfoss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danfoss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danfoss" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AF5007080480 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular 175Z4030 original spares produced by Danfoss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C25KNE3200A by Cutler-Hammer and VLT5004PT5C20STR3DLF00A00C0 spares by Danfoss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DA134024FBA20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
