COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques DXM-340CB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westwind parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the DFT71D4BMGO5HRTEFC3PH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D148304 manufactured by Westwind and we are pleased to be able to service most Westwind systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CEM3556T35AA002M497G1G475 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand DFT71D4BM605HR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gm-Spec-Cylndr such as CLP88A equipment made by Gm-Spec-Cylndr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gm-Spec-Cylndr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gm-Spec-Cylndr" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMRF15AS31020 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular DC original spares produced by Hurletron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CATAP7402 by Baldor and CLP88A spares by Gm-Spec-Cylndr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSAMTR60D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
