COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques DXE-455W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the HNF364R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FM0GST0100S manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H160CA63X40C100VFCIF13350 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Exlar Brand GSX300602MFMEM2268EB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Idec such as HG2RSB62YHMK1175 equipment made by Idec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC660DCM504 made by Fanuc as well as the popular IC221B original spares produced by Micom-Black-Box-Corp Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HVX02514B1 by Cutler-Hammer and HG2RSB62YHMK1175 spares by Idec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC3600STKA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
