COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques 115DSB300CAAAA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sei-Well-Pump-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bison parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Singer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sei-Well-Pump-Motor such as the 41039595 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0161031010 manufactured by Bison and we are pleased to be able to service most Bison systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 050881270096 by Manufacturer Singer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 753450 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as 01018XP3E215TC equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 054000039 made by Reliance as well as the popular 2005119 original spares produced by Phytron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 102000RPMA06B0501B2017073 by Fanuc and 01018XP3E215TC spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 262804 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
