COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Tech Inc. R1T185L483-008-SL-8HN72,T-442-385U-S(0-3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Iai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kearfott product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Iai such as the RCP2BA7142P541050P1X10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R881110200 manufactured by Lem and we are pleased to be able to service most Lem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS9111J by Manufacturer Kearfott as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Semikron Brand SKT10012E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thermal-Dynamics such as RGM114X65 equipment made by Thermal-Dynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thermal-Dynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thermal-Dynamics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SKD6014 made by Semikron as well as the popular REE2002 original spares produced by Kmc-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGHF1001 by Asea and RGM114X65 spares by Thermal-Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA3000DC70 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance-Electric. |
