COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Concepts 3869-097-300-131VDC-R0/10V-I0/10V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge-Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge-Fanuc such as the 44A731463001R01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 574112F manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3BSE010796R1 by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eurotherm-Drives Brand 590PDRV00155000011USARM0115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 3HAC023447001 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4WRPNH6C3B04L2XM24PA6A made by Rexroth as well as the popular 4760502 original spares produced by Hach Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6181P17TPXP by Allen-bradley and 3HAC023447001 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6007BE10002A841 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Taylor. |
