COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Concepts 3869-097-300-131VDC-R0/10V-10/10V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Simplex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 540501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 562351 manufactured by Simplex and we are pleased to be able to service most Simplex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 45DLA1LEB6EF4 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Giddings--Lewis Brand 5010470700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ics such as 400V7ISA7PCIController equipment made by Ics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3NP43700CA01 made by Siemens as well as the popular 5351212 original spares produced by Texas-Instruments Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 44A294568G06 by Ge and 400V7ISA7PCIController spares by Ics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3RW44536BC35 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Furnas. |
