COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Consolidated Control Servo Kinetic R377J2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dadco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Datalogic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the E57LAL12T110ED spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WDX358030014 manufactured by Dadco and we are pleased to be able to service most Dadco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ET35C70 by Manufacturer Datalogic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dkk-toa Brand MBM100A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Drager such as 6809605 equipment made by Drager have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Drager products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Drager" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ES10244 made by Delphi as well as the popular E58CAL18A2D2 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E51DF3 by Cutler-Hammer and 6809605 spares by Drager are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DAS0020003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Contrinex. |
