COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Coms Corp. CSG-602R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danaher-Thompson-Micron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Copes-Vulcan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danaher-Thompson-Micron such as the DTR90500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 171268 manufactured by Copes-Vulcan and we are pleased to be able to service most Copes-Vulcan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 140DBSS3MA230460vac60hz by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Demag Brand D05B501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dodge such as 210DM4A76A1 equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 925396 made by Curtis-Machine as well as the popular 26QS60H14 original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 242162 by Dodge and 210DM4A76A1 spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4Z291 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayco. |
