COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cleveland Motion Control M125-03084 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bailey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bailey such as the NMPC01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OS31012PN manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OP27454 by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand MC323D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thermo-couple-Products-Co. such as M4064D17100Series18LGDUP equipment made by Thermo-couple-Products-Co. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thermo-couple-Products-Co. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thermo-couple-Products-Co." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPLB320PSK24AA made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular ORN70CFEHS original spares produced by Ormec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MMPMT1400C by Modicon and M4064D17100Series18LGDUP spares by Thermo-couple-Products-Co. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDX61B01105A3400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive. |
