COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cleveland Kidder M846-12171-520 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cole-Palmer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the E58CAL18T110D2E58 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 735653 manufactured by Cole-Palmer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cole-Palmer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DMR200S01 by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand E51DP3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Datalogic such as DS4600A3000 equipment made by Datalogic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datalogic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datalogic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PA830351AVCR made by Copal-Electronics as well as the popular DM600IS original spares produced by Detcon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ET35A5 by Datalogic and DS4600A3000 spares by Datalogic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E5830DPS280GL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
