COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cincinnati Milacron 35312983A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Durakool products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge-fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Crydom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Durakool such as the DFC3301 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC630MDL380A manufactured by Ge-fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge-fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DMO063 by Manufacturer Crydom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sw-Dynalec Brand 8151853048102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Struthers-Dunn such as FC4063 equipment made by Struthers-Dunn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Struthers-Dunn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Struthers-Dunn" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 369HI0M00 made by General-Electric as well as the popular 5882E121B original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HTM01 by Cutler-Hammer and FC4063 spares by Struthers-Dunn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 68DA3000A1T1K7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electronic-Specialty. |
