COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Carlo Ganazzi VC5510PNOP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Datalogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carlo-Ganazzi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Concepts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Datalogic such as the DS4600A3100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT4 manufactured by Carlo-Ganazzi and we are pleased to be able to service most Carlo-Ganazzi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3027480V90A05V by Manufacturer Control-Concepts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Clifton-Precision Brand 11BHW28E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cole-Palmer such as 0811798 equipment made by Cole-Palmer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cole-Palmer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cole-Palmer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 30115 made by Celtron as well as the popular 96477083LC48 original spares produced by Data-Instruments Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HR9011THB by Computer-Conversions and 0811798 spares by Cole-Palmer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 256TWMU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crompton. |
