COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Butler Automatic Control937 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Opto-22 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Estic-Cinetic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Opto-22 such as the GS3140 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DP45C manufactured by Estic-Cinetic and we are pleased to be able to service most Estic-Cinetic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H92B159 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand F160MRUL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Total-Control such as CQPCTDE0000A equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GT1665HSVTBD made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular FCU6DX451 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GL350 by Red-Lion and CQPCTDE0000A spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPSIONB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yasakawa. |
