COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bray Controls DM24-53 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cincinnati products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ckd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Carlo-Gavazzi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinnati such as the ML121QT850 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CAC4A5075 manufactured by Ckd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ckd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RR2A48D550S17 by Manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bruce-Technology Brand 97232004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Celesco such as PT5A30S7UP500C25 equipment made by Celesco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Celesco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Celesco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T157166264T made by Cincinnati as well as the popular I241W2B1EPA111A4X1AX original spares produced by Cincinnati Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 79800C733216H180AR by Btm and PT5A30S7UP500C25 spares by Celesco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original APPLE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Btr-Marine. |
