COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Branson BRA400-010 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Brooks-Instrument products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carlo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Carini product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Brooks-Instrument such as the 4850abc2g1b1GTC00A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLD4MA2D115 manufactured by Carlo and we are pleased to be able to service most Carlo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 55ST by Manufacturer Carini as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Centroid Brand Allin1DC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Burster such as 85266050 equipment made by Burster have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Burster products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Burster" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LSX18 made by Christensen as well as the popular MCT210W original spares produced by Calgon-Corporation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 26720240 by Busellato and 85266050 spares by Burster are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 310251 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chkhtz-Botz. |
