COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the IWS1013 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NP5MQ000B manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CJ1WSCU31V1 by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711ET14C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as A9GTRS4 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DOPB07S211 made by Delta as well as the popular BNIIOL714000K023 original spares produced by Balluff

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PRBT10 by Allen-Bradley and A9GTRS4 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6186M17PTSS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
