COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear R71815B5G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Chentronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Charmilles parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Brandless product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Chentronics such as the 070701021 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML121QT310S manufactured by Charmilles and we are pleased to be able to service most Charmilles systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IGB100 by Manufacturer Brandless as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Carel Brand PGD0000F00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Chiba-Precision such as MAND34R23B equipment made by Chiba-Precision have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chiba-Precision products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chiba-Precision" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PC02000AL0 made by Carel as well as the popular FDMMIM24 original spares produced by Cabletron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 96042 by Brodersen and MAND34R23B spares by Chiba-Precision are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 91063521320015 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bray. |
