COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear F231D-20-B5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Techniques product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the VLT5006PT5B20SBR3DLF30A00C0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 177u5416 manufactured by Danfoss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M4514ICD by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cmc Brand PM12C546D14695 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Custom-Servo-Motors such as DSP15186 equipment made by Custom-Servo-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Custom-Servo-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Custom-Servo-Motors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GIL102M0 made by Delta as well as the popular 175Z0031 original spares produced by Danfoss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HVX005A14A1B1C4 by Cutler-Hammer and DSP15186 spares by Custom-Servo-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
