COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear ACX4010-WD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynamatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynamatic such as the IS5031070480 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASDB23023B manufactured by Delta and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8793C07G01IQDP4000 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cp-Servo Brand K25863882 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danfoss such as VLT5016PT5C20SBR0DLF00A00C0 equipment made by Danfoss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danfoss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danfoss" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VFD037V23A2 made by Delta as well as the popular F231D20B5 original spares produced by Boston-Gear Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VFD185C43A by Delta and VLT5016PT5C20SBR0DLF00A00C0 spares by Danfoss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 00PPG000007203A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carrier. |
