COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear ACE-F-460V-3P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Drivecon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the M442010020A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VLT5011 manufactured by Danfoss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XTD40221004 by Manufacturer Drivecon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Continental Brand 590270A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as SVX040A14A1N1U equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 175L1018 made by Danfoss as well as the popular 2M171 original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VLT6000 by Danfoss and SVX040A14A1N1U spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 175B6006061208G497 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss. |
