COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear 724-30-G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Brah-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Charistensen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cegelec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Brah-Electric such as the EH3003022AS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LSX18THZA manufactured by Charistensen and we are pleased to be able to service most Charistensen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20X4250D1L by Manufacturer Cegelec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Br-Automation Brand 8MSA5SR0V401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Chance such as 7050249 equipment made by Chance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 241271E11 made by Brandless as well as the popular BMS2500 original spares produced by Canalta Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EO6040000 by Carotron and 7050249 spares by Chance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SBMB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Broadfeet. |
