COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear 71815B5H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Celesco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chemring-kraft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Camco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Celesco such as the PT1DC15DNZ10MC4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHMC1 manufactured by Chemring-kraft and we are pleased to be able to service most Chemring-kraft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 512P3H48270 by Manufacturer Camco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Carrier,-Otis-Elevator-Corp. Brand HT203071 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cgee such as 90801093B equipment made by Cgee have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cgee products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cgee" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MT0ML80B6 made by Ceg as well as the popular 23EP0491381 original spares produced by Carson-Mfg-Inc. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 06ds8246bc325arp by Carlyle and 90801093B spares by Cgee are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3810A12D1QAA1S1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brooks-Instrument. |
