COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boc Edwards BOC EDWARDS U20000937 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Contraves-Intersys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ifm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Woodman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Contraves-Intersys such as the bs1200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CR0451 manufactured by Ifm and we are pleased to be able to service most Ifm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E8031A by Manufacturer Woodman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand D7DBA18AGA1XXX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Martens such as DA9648100003 equipment made by Martens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G20805B made by Nwl as well as the popular DSL610E original spares produced by Fanal Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CJ1GCPU42HFB by Omron and DA9648100003 spares by Martens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EA9T12CL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automation-Direct. |
