COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Berges Co-sinus Aci ACI5.5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bettis-Actuators--Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bloomington-Cntrls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bl such as the OPN47296 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DD0200B2A00K22K0 manufactured by Bettis-Actuators--Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Bettis-Actuators--Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CR305G002 by Manufacturer Bloomington-Cntrls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bosch-Indramat Brand 10907854B1406 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics such as BRNCRVDHCHCRT0A0RG8582 equipment made by Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4594 made by Bevel-Mill as well as the popular 830D2210M original spares produced by Bonfiglioli Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20BM330MXPT4 by Bl-Super and BRNCRVDHCHCRT0A0RG8582 spares by Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
