COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Beijer Electronics E600 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boekel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Berkeley-Process-Control-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bently-Nevada product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boekel such as the 230420V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 141171 manufactured by Berkeley-Process-Control-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Berkeley-Process-Control-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 330011 by Manufacturer Bently-Nevada as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics Brand BRPHBCHMBRGT0A1BFRG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bizerba such as 4515000309 equipment made by Bizerba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bizerba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bizerba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CTB00265A made by Bimba as well as the popular BIPC4501000105 original spares produced by Benshaw Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 330065020101000101 by Bently-Nevada and 4515000309 spares by Bizerba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 274822D026 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beloit-Corp.. |
