COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baumuller Nurnberg BUG3-35-30-B-003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Benshaw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beckhoff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei such as the MX21350100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS6V20A480C manufactured by Benshaw and we are pleased to be able to service most Benshaw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AX2010B9000000 by Manufacturer Beckhoff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckhoff Brand AX51030000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckman such as CELISS001K00100 equipment made by Beckman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckman" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RX2E made by Benshaw-Applied-Motor-Control as well as the popular 01036269 original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 37435 by Bbi and CELISS001K00100 spares by Beckman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H20DB7F12SS600ABZ3904RSM1612VS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
