COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Basler Vision Technologies A601F-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beckhoff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bbi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beckhoff such as the AX5203 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BPSC2 manufactured by Bbi and we are pleased to be able to service most Bbi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FHDK by Manufacturer Baumer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckhoff Brand SD23H2A22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beaver-Aerospace such as GN150420614 equipment made by Beaver-Aerospace have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beaver-Aerospace products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beaver-Aerospace" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H25DSSOMNIABZC28V made by Bei as well as the popular MIL10S2CN0005PA1112760 original spares produced by Baumer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 01114003 by Bei and GN150420614 spares by Beaver-Aerospace are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H25DSS1400ABZ24V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
