COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering USE6412Y parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynapar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Datalogic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Burster product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapar such as the HA5252000333114inch spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS6300100010 manufactured by Datalogic and we are pleased to be able to service most Datalogic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9243IP65 by Manufacturer Burster as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand 3842174350 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cas such as BCM150LA equipment made by Cas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cas" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2242NAOOP14FEAAAACZZ made by Dynisco as well as the popular ISM102000 original spares produced by Cognex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 62510240241 by Dynapar and BCM150LA spares by Cas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FDK14N5101S35A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumer. |
