COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering Mini-Array parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Battery-Power-Supply products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beckhoff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumuller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Battery-Power-Supply such as the KL4030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F75010000 manufactured by Beckhoff and we are pleased to be able to service most Beckhoff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BUC6255364005 by Manufacturer Baumuller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckhoff Brand CP7190000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckhoff such as C33300010 equipment made by Beckhoff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckhoff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckhoff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 14973202 made by Beck as well as the popular 12806106 original spares produced by Beck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BUF121SIO by Bec-Elektronic-As and C33300010 spares by Beckhoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AX2516B200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beckhoff. |
