COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering LS2E30-1800Q8 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumuller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bayside-,-Parker-,-Thomson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumuller such as the BUM60122454B000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 24577S manufactured by Baumann and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS90005SD by Manufacturer Bayside-,-Parker-,-Thomson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bbi Brand 37435 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bea such as LZRWIDESCAN equipment made by Bea have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bea products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bea" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CP7120010 made by Beckhoff as well as the popular PD45VN6C50Q original spares produced by Banner-Engineering Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LC33100IA200LA10 by Bearing-Engineers and LZRWIDESCAN spares by Bea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 01005429 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
