COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering 18762, parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beckhoff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beckhoff such as the AX2010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T30UINB manufactured by Banner-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OADM20I4460 by Manufacturer Baumer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumuller Brand BUG26030E003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumer-Electric such as OEDM equipment made by Baumer-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PDIS412TB5HFMBP made by Banner-Engineering as well as the popular 20270020 original spares produced by Beck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CP65120001 by Beckhoff and OEDM spares by Baumer-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AM3041OH410000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beckhoff. |
