COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Balogh Turck MELS-30 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Barksdale parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner-Engineering product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner-Engineering such as the QL56M6XD40BQ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT1HH251 manufactured by Barksdale and we are pleased to be able to service most Barksdale systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PD45VN6C50Q by Manufacturer Banner-Engineering as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumer Brand OHDM16P5001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Barnes-Industrial such as BWO35342 equipment made by Barnes-Industrial have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Barnes-Industrial products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Barnes-Industrial" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BUM6030 made by Baumuller-Nurnberg as well as the popular BT149R1 original spares produced by Baytek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BUM60B12 by Baumuller and BWO35342 spares by Barnes-Industrial are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
