COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor , Abb BSM6NN-150AA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Battery-Power-Supply product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner-Engineering such as the sllcp14 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 118098 manufactured by Baumer and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KL5056 by Manufacturer Battery-Power-Supply as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Barden Brand LP40MM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner-Engineering such as P4E13R equipment made by Banner-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BESIKVK045PS1Y made by Balluff as well as the popular BTL5E7M0265SSA335 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Q45UBB63DAC by Banner and P4E13R spares by Banner-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BMEL1816A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner. |
