COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Balance Tech 10 SLOT P4R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Berger-Lahr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Copley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the LD3015HS160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WIM4001WIM4001 manufactured by Berger-Lahr and we are pleased to be able to service most Berger-Lahr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4496031 by Manufacturer Copley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 714510150S1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckhoff such as AM217M0000 equipment made by Beckhoff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckhoff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckhoff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MTrack32001740 made by Contrex as well as the popular UNI1203LV original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CI125P4 by Cerus and AM217M0000 spares by Beckhoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CBN3362SB3U182TCNM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Browning. |
