COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Peripherals TA1002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baader parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bailey-Infi90 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BIC213P2A05Q80KAGPX0C050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9140121000 manufactured by Baader and we are pleased to be able to service most Baader systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41073U by Manufacturer Bailey-Infi90 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Br Brand 5D521301 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Autonics such as E40H820003T24 equipment made by Autonics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autonics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autonics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RS90100LU made by Baldor-Parker-Bayside as well as the popular 35S3360087G1 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLT31M001US92 by Balluff and E40H820003T24 spares by Autonics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
