COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Direct GS3-4030 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Autonics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bernard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bosch product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Autonics such as the MD5HD14 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0A8M02596034 manufactured by Bernard and we are pleased to be able to service most Bernard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NFE021230 by Manufacturer Bosch as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand MD40700000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cnc such as CNC6FC55030AD000AA0 equipment made by Cnc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cnc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cnc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SP3401 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular MDA6 original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ID15V430EO by Baldor and CNC6FC55030AD000AA0 spares by Cnc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 154826 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
