COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Auto Tech PS-112 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the PVA300P6EQPVA300P6RQ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LEDRB70X70M manufactured by Banner and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BES516324SA5503 by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner Brand SLSE301200Q8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BLS18KXX1LTE5CS4 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BTL5E10M0102ZS32 made by Balluff as well as the popular MGAB4 original spares produced by Banner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F5DN05 by Banner and BLS18KXX1LTE5CS4 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DX80G2M6Q Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner. |
