COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Auto Strong M-178 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Br products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor--Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Avtron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Br such as the 6PPT300702 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V92500TF manufactured by Baldor--Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor--Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M938 by Manufacturer Avtron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Automatix Brand CP91 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Br such as 8LSA86E1020D1000 equipment made by Br have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Br products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Br" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5P8140605500400 made by Br as well as the popular BT77RL1K1R original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 505200 by Br and 8LSA86E1020D1000 spares by Br are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C101AX1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balance-Engineering. |
