COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Copco ETV-S7-40-10-CTADS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hub-City parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the DXA308 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DAPEW00803750440000 manufactured by Hub-City and we are pleased to be able to service most Hub-City systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EB404D91B3001 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand DFT80K4BM605HR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eberhard-Bauer such as DK74SZ2KZ178V3209ASM equipment made by Eberhard-Bauer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eberhard-Bauer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eberhard-Bauer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DFT80K4BMG1HRZ made by Sew as well as the popular D142215 original spares produced by Westwind Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS030C1N2EC300 by Sanyo and DK74SZ2KZ178V3209ASM spares by Eberhard-Bauer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
