COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Copco ETV-S4-05-10-CTADS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Norgren parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the MMPMA140SC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M1525125 manufactured by Norgren and we are pleased to be able to service most Norgren systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature INT3647KW by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mro Brand HMR9064T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as MC116 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HLC211F made by Sunx-Ltd as well as the popular KRS3552 original spares produced by Perske Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K10C20 by Allen-bradley and MC116 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GV3000SE20V4160 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
